TermHub Data License Agreement

This Agreement governs TermHub Licensee's use of certain data provided through the TermHub platform ("Data").

1. Scope of License. The Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Data for any purpose.

2. Nature of the Data. The Data may include content that is otherwise open and freely available from third-party sources and may be subject to external copyrights or other licenses. This Agreement does not replace or supersede any such external terms but operates in conjunction with them.

3. Conditions of Use. The Licensee's use of the Data, including any externally copyrighted material, is strictly conditional upon and subject to the Licensee's full compliance with the TermHub Terms of Service, available at: https://www.terminologyhub.com/terms-of-service

4. Acceptance. By using the TermHub product and the Data contained within it, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the TermHub Terms of Service.
